Q. So why are you selling?
A. We first discovered Bulgaria in 2005 and through the enormous stray dog population here we have come to feel very strongly for the plight of dogs and would like to dedicate our lives to helping them. We already take in young puppies off the street and re-home them so have therefore decided to set-up a dog sanctuary and need totally different premises to do that from.

Q. What is the prize?
A - Full ownership of our Ski Chalet near Bansko, Bulgaria together with all furniture, home cinema and soft furnishings.
- A brand new 4x4 Off Road Vehicle (or 2 off-road bikes) waiting for you at the Chalet
- Return flights for 2 from nearest airport to Bulgaria including transfers to Bansko to pick up the keys to your fabulous prizes at a Champagne Reception. Guided tour of ski resort plus a holiday activity of your choice - choose from skiing, horse riding, quad biking, wolf/bear watching, guided hikes, guided mountain biking or jeep safari (all choices are time of year dependent). 

Q. Where is the house that I can win?
A: Our Chalet is in the village of Bachevo near the world class ski resort of Bansko in Bulgaria. 

Q. How do I claim it?
A: Once contacted as the winner you will be advised of what is required for the transfer of ownership of the house.

Q. Do I have to have the house? Can I take cash? 
A: No, the house and associated prizes are the only prize. You can however cede the prizes if you wish.

Q. So what's the catch?
A. There isn’t one. This is a genuine competition where the winner gets to own a stunning luxury home in a European ski resort and we get the market value for our house. If not enough tickets are sold (90,000) and there isn't a winner by the end of the competition, then the proceeds less our admin costs and charity pledge becomes the prize and we start ringing estate agents, simple as that.

Q. Which charities benefit from your 'win a house' competition?
A: 20% of the profit will go to the well deserving BSAPP (Bulgarian Society for Animal Protection & Preservation) and the remainder will be used to establish our premises for a dog sanctuary for stray dogs.

Q. Are these the only charities that will benefit?
A: Yes, this is a promotion managed by the owners of the chalet to benefit BSAPP and the proposed dog sanctuary.

Q. How are the proceeds allocated?
A: Funds will be distributed at the end of the competition.

Q. How do I know the money will reach them?
A: The promotion was designed in order to generate funding to build a dog sanctuary. The promotion is audited by reputable auditors who will ensure full compliance with the promotion rules to ensure that the money is distributed correctly.

Q. Who can enter?
A. The competition is open worldwide to anyone over the age of 18.  Unfortunately, employees, directors, partners and agents of the promotion and their immediate family or any persons directly or indirectly connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter the Competition.

Q. I do not live in the UK, can I still enter?
A. Yes, anyone from any country can enter. However you must ensure that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering such a competition. 

Q. Ok so what do I have to do?
A. Click on the competition entry button, answer the question below, enter the number of entries required and your card details on the secure checkout pages – or simply text the answer to 88833 (UK only) then sit back with your fingers crossed!

Q. How do I pay?
A: For entries via the website, payment will be made by credit/debit card, all via our secure payment system.  Entries via SMS text will cost £3.00 which will be deducted from your prepaid balance, or added to your mobile phone account for the month. Pay-As-You-Go prepaid mobile phone users must ensure that they have sufficient credit before entering the competition service. 

Q. What proof will I have that I have entered?
A: Entries via the website will receive an email confirmation receipt. Entries via SMS text will receive two response texts that will be your receipt. If you delete the voucher, you will still be eligible for the draw.

Q. Who owns the mobile phone number?
A: The person who has taken out the mobile phone contract, or who owns the phone (if prepaid) owns the number and the entry to the monthly draw.

Q. What if I don’t get an SMS text reply?
A: If you have sent the SMS text to the correct number, you will get a reply. During peak entry times this may take some time to reach you, so please be patient.

Q. How will I know if I have won?
A: You will be contacted on your phone number.

Q. What if I enter more than once?
A. Then your chances of winning are that much better. You can enter as many times as you like.

Q. What does the winner have to pay for?
A. Just the competition entry. We will pay ALL costs involved. All the bills relating to the house will be paid before handover.

Q. What if there isn't a winner?
A. In order for the house to be drawn as the prize, a minimum of 90,000 entries of £3 each must be met. If the minimum amount of entries is not met by the closing date then the ‘pot’ of money received in entries (less the set up costs of the competition and 20% charity donation) will go to the winning Entrant.
